A man caught when he tried to pickpocket the unsuspecting diner at one of the local restaurant in Kirachi. The restaurant staffs decided punish the thief themselves in front of the horrific diners before hand him to the police.

Why didn't he wear Salwar (the pants) or underwear under the Kameez?
